Earlier this week, Jamtara Regency Administration, Koderma, Garhwa, Lohardaga, Chatra and Deoghar were directed by the additional Chief Secretary Health Arun Kumar Singh to filter more people for viral infections.
On July 12 and July 18, Ramgarh tested 3,525 people while Jamtara filtered 3,969.
The coderma tested 4,075 people while Lohardaga tested 3,019 people.
Chatra filters 6,123 people while Garhwa filters 5,431 people and Deoghar tests 5,064 people.
“Although our testing figures were impressive, several districts had a low number.
Many of them shared their borders with neighboring countries and there were footsteps of people who came through trains and buses,” Bhuvanesh Pratap Singh, Nodal Officer for management Covid-19 in Jharkhand, said.
“However, the district government has been given new guidelines to improve their tests.
We hope to look up from next week and so on,” he added.
As many as 3.23 lakh people were filtered in Jharkhand between July 12 and July 18, the Ministry of Health said in his report.
However, the number has been dipped from last week of June, when almost 4.4 lakh people were filtered.
“Testing depends on various factors.
One of them is contact contacts.
Because the Covid-19 case has dipped the state, the contact search program has also slowed.
During the second wave, many people voluntarily choose to test after developing symptoms such as Covid-19.
With Reduced cases, these numbers are also reduced.
However, we are testing around 50,000 people on average every day, “said a senior doctor in state health services, which was associated with screening programs.
Earlier this month, more than 4 lakh kit mice distributed and five Van testing RT-PCR Mobile was launched to increase testing.
Death also drops significantly from the end of June.
While 12 deaths were reported in the last week of June, one death was reported on July 12 and July 18.
