The Ministry of Justice will 'protect' Abortion Finders in Texas

Washington: The Ministry of Justice said Monday that it would not tolerate violence against anyone who tried to get abortion in Texas as a federal official exploring the choice to challenge the most abortion new country law.
Attorney General Merrick Garland said the Ministry of Justice would “protect those who tried to obtain or provide reproductive health services” under the Federal Law known as freedom of clinical access.
Garland said in a statement that the federal prosecutor still urged urgently to trace Texas’s law.
He said the Ministry of Justice would enforce federal law “to protect the constitutional rights of women and others, including access to abortion.” Federal law, commonly known as facial law, forbid physically from blocking or using the threat of strength to intimidate or disturb someone who is looking for reproductive health services.
The law also prohibits destructive property in the abortion clinic and other reproductive health centers.
The new Texas law banned abortion after medical professionals can detect cardiac activity, usually around six weeks – before some women know they are pregnant.
The court has blocked other countries from imposing similar limits, but Texas laws differed significantly because they left law enforcement to citizens through legal demands instead of the criminal prosecutor.
The Justice Department official has also come into contact with US lawyers in Texas and the FBI office in the state to discuss federal provisions.
“The department will provide support from federal law enforcement when the abortion clinic or reproductive health center is attacked,” Garland said.
“We will not tolerate violence against those who try to obtain or provide reproductive health services, physical obstruction or property damage that violates facial actions.”
