Mumbai: Delhi, Maharashtra, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh are the five top states / unions, according to a survey conducted by a digital travel platform.
“Seventy-nine percent of Indians have visited between two and 10 countries, with more than half visited two to five and 27% of six to 10 countries,” said the survey.

When it comes to age groups, children aged 35-44 years are more likely to travel to two to five countries versus the age group of 45+.
“Less than 1% of respondents have traveled 28 countries, ” said a survey.
Forty-eight percent of Indians have visited the capital city of New Delhi, with 40% visiting Maharashtra and 31% Karnataka.
