Mumbai: Ajaz Khan’s actor guarantee tree, which was arrested in connection with drug cases, has been rejected by the Mumbai Esplanade Court.
He had previously filed a guarantee in court, but his request was rejected.
The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has conducted a raid in April at the residence of TV actor in Mumbai’s Lokhandwala and confiscated drugs.
He was arrested for the same after eight hours of interrogation.
“4.5 grams of alprozol tablets restored by chance during the search for their homes but he was mainly arrested for his relationship with the Batata Gang,” NCB officials said.
NCB has also conducted a raid in the Navi Mumbai area and Jogeshwari based on the instructions found after questioning actor Ajaz Khan.
