Ludhiana: Shiromani Akali Dal (Sad) on Saturday claimed that he had received a big boost in the electoral district of Ludhiana West with hundreds of families owned by the Muslim community who announced their support for the Sad-BSP Maheshinder Great candidate in the assembly selection scheduled on February 20.
During the public meeting at Shastri Nagar, Grewal promised residents that after the Ally Sad-BSP party would form a government in the state and minority issues ignored by the current government, will be resolved based on priority.
“The SAD-BSP government will improve legal and order conditions in the state and bring the country back on the progress path by lifting the education, health and industrial sectors.
Government schools will be increased with better facilities for students and teachers,” he said while adding that he will also curb the threat of drugs.
“There will be zero tolerance for drug trafficking in Ludhiana West and the rehabilitation program will be carried out for perpetrators of violence,” he said.
