Shimla: The days before the parliamentary winter session, Speaker Lok Sabha Om Birla said on Thursday that the national level discussions must be held with political parties to instill self-discipline between the legislators and examine the “tendency” of the inadequacy and disruption in homes.
Under his leadership, the Indian Officer Conference consisting of India issued a resolution stating that there should be no interference during the address of the President and Thank you on it.
Overcoming the conference, Birla said the legislature must be the center to solve the problem of public people and meet their needs through comprehensive discussions and dialogues without interruption.
“We must stop the increase in the tendency of inadequacy, disorders and anger in the legislature.
For this, we will hold discussions with leaders of all political parties so that the house trial is carried out smoothly,” he said.
Lok Sabha’s speaker said a national level discussion must be held to ensure the smooth functioning of the legislature in this country.
Sharing its vision for the Legislative Body, Birla said the legislature would act as a pillar of accountability to residents and stress to make these institutions more empowered, capable, conscious and transparent.
“We must try to make a sure action plan to increase the number of legislative meetings that give time and maximum opportunities to honorable members so that people’s representatives can discuss the big problems of their country and country widely,” he said.
Birla told officers of the chairman of the state legislature that the regulations and procedures were all the legislatures must be the same.
“We must build a good tradition and convention in the legislature, which will provide dignity to our homes and increase their prestige.” In the context of technology evolution, it emphasizes the need to complete the legislature with modern technology.
“We will prepare ‘one country one legislative platform’ in time so that all legislatives can provide their current and old debate and other resources in one place with collective efforts,” said Speaker Lok Sabha.
About the Parliament Committee, Birla said they acted as a mini parliament.
“The way our parliamentary committee works also needs to be changed drastically according to this time.
