Nagpur: Most cases of new Covid in December came from the cities of corporate cities and this trend is obvious on Tuesday.
A total of 17 new cases reported in the last 24 hours with 13 of them from Nagpur and 3 of Amravati.
Of the 13 new cases in Nagpur district, 12 from the city of Nagpur alone while all three patients in Amravati district from the city of Amravati.
Patients in Amravati also includes boys aged 13 years.
Wardha is the only district in addition to Nagpur and Amravati to report cases Covid.
The remaining eight districts in the region reported zero new cases in the last 24 hours.
With 17 new cases and 14 recovery in the last 24 hours, Vidarbha region now has 11,20.797 cases and 10.99.254 of them have recovered.
No deaths were reported in this region because Covid.
The death toll is 21 384.
The number of daily tests, which fell to 5,000 on Sunday was continued to 9132 on Monday that a good average for the region.
