Ottawa: A new study did not find a correlation between Covid-19 vaccination and the risk of the first trimester miscarriage, provided further evidence of the safety of Covid-19 vaccination during pregnancy.

These findings analyze several national health registrations in Norway to compare the proportion of vaccinated women who experience miscarriages during the first trimester and women who are still pregnant at the end of the first trimester.
“Our study did not find evidence of an increased risk to lose early pregnancy after Covid-19 vaccination and added the findings of other reports that support Covid-19 vaccination during pregnancy,” said the research writer, which included a co-author, Dr.
