But Oneplus Nord 2 might surprise smartphone buyers in India.
Nord 2 is reportedly said to be empowered by the dimensity of MediaTek 1200 chipsets.
This means that it will be the first smartphone from Oneplus in India that will come without Qualcomm Snapdragon chip.
While the dimensity of 1200 chipsets from MediaTek is equipped with a premium processor and the power based on the 6nm process, the buyer and oneplus fans may have certain reservations about it.
The general perception between smartphone buyers in India is that the Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset is “stronger” and offers a better battery life compared to the chipset from MediaTek, Exynos and others.
Oneplus is expected to launch the second edition of Oneplus Nord in the form of Nord 2 some time later.
The report claims that it can be launched on July 202, but this information has not been confirmed.
The variant of the Oneplus Nord 2 smartphone was recently seen on the benchmarking website with 8GB of RAM.
Oneplus Nord 2 is estimated at least displaying a triple camera setting with a 6.44-inch AMOLED display along with similar batteries and charging specifications that are seen in Oneplus Nord CE 5G.
Of course, there will be support for 5G too.
