The NPL power plant bus attacks in the middle of protest; The police started the probe.

PATIALA: In the midst of the protest that was ongoing employees and farmers, the bus transported employees from the NPL power plant Rajpura allegedly faced an attack on Tuesday night where NPL blamed the demonstrators.
The police and demonstrators denied the allegations.
The police claimed that the bus was attacked by two people near the charging station, which was about two kilometers away from the power plant while the authority of the NPL claimed that the bus was attacked by about 100 meters from the factory.
NPL officials claimed to have filed complaints in this matter.
A day ago NPL officials had sent complaints with the threat of police accusing the demonstrators.
A number of farmers under BKU EKTA Ugiah sat protested at the Nabha Power Plant Rajpura gate to support protests from several former NPL employees who claimed they were fired after they formed the Provident’s fund protest union.
Protesters including farmer union leaders have denied any allegations of violence or attack on the bus carrying NPL employees.
Krishan Singh, one of the Demonstrators and former NPL employees said, “We have worked from 2013 – March 2015 NPLs under the Project from private contractors in power plants but we were fired as we raised the issue of employees not paid funds Provident (PF) by the contractor.
We form trade unions and start protests and for this reason employees are transferred to Oddisha.
Employees who refused to accept forced displacement were fired.
Seven employees were fired after a union while five more employees who joined us in protested fired later.
Since then we protested.
The farmers have supported our agitation more than a year ago “NPL officials claimed that the workforce commissioner in 2015 had claimed employee claims as invalid.
Manjit Singh Nyal, BKU EKTA Ugraha Patiala President said no protesters had been adhered to all kinds of violence and no severe stone was carried out by demonstrators on the bus.
