Thiruvananthapuram: Officials discussed from the Department of Revenue in connection with the release of information about the logging of illegal trees under the RTI Law have submitted a petition to Revenue Minister K Rajan requesting a withdrawal of poor comments by attracting good service entries (income) Jayathilak.
In the petition, Salini OG, which has been transferred as an assistant director at the General Education Directorate (Central Secondary), has said that the statement of it in the government’s order that cancels “good service entries” has caused its enormous mental trauma.
And it has hurt his price.
He has submitted a petition that at least a statement against him made in the order must be withdrawn even if the government decided to cancel “good service entries”.
Jayathilak has issued orders last week canceling the “good service entry” Salini by quoting that the integrity of the officer was doubtful.
“The fact that has been brought to the next light from the initial investigation and examination of certain files clearly shows that the integrity cannot be doubted,” said the command.
In his petition, the officer said that it was not clear what the accusation of him was to conclude that his integrity was doubtful.
He further said that he was not heard or whatever explanation was sought from him before reaching the conclusion to cancel the “good service entry” given to his Suo-Moto by the government.
On July 7, he was forced to take advantage of a two-month leave, reportedly after being stated by high ranking.
This week, the government has transferred it outside the secretariat to the Directorate of General Education.
Meanwhile, Chairman of the Pinarayayu Minister Vijayan said that the petition by officers had been submitted to the main secretary who would examine him.
