New Delhi: Samyukta Kisan Morcha (SKM) on Sunday said a part had been made for the movement of two wheels and ambulances on the border of Tikri in addition to arrangements that had been permitted by farmers who protested over the past few months after the transfer of police barricades.
After 11 months, the authorities on Saturday opened a road from Delhi to Haryana after the barricade was released on the border of Tikri.
In a statement, SKM said he had stated that the Delhi police moved under pressure from the Supreme Court hearing, and that it maintained the show on all developments before collective decisions were taken.
Earlier on Saturdays, CarrieGeway was opened to attend a meeting between the leaders of agricultural unions and the police.
Delhi police on Thursday night have begun to remove the concertina barricades and cables placed on the border of Tikri on the highway Delhi-Rohtak.
The police have also erased a similar blockade in one of Delhi-Meerut’s freeway on the Ghazipur border on Friday.
SKM also demanded that the central government immediately facilitate fertilizer supply and immediately control black marketing and price increases.
In connection with investigations related to the violence of Kheri Lakhimpur, the body of the farmer said Sit reported that 75 statements had been recorded so far, and 60 witnesses had been given security so far, with 16 more likely to get the same.
The organization has also invited local farmers to take the help of the advocate team of seven members who are put together for legal assistance, so justice can be secured.
According to SKM, Shaheed Kisan Asthi Kalash Yatras continued in various places as previously planned – one Yatra like it would go through etawah above, while three other Yatras would go through Kerala, Karnataka and Maharashtra.
SKM also called farmers in all countries next to Delhi to come in large quantities to strengthen all Morcha, he added.
