The opposite government policy is my right: Aziz Qureshi

New Delhi: Former Governor of Uttar Pradesh Aziz Qureshi, who has been ordered because of the incitement by the President of Uttar Pradesh for the alleged comment to humble it against Yogi Adityanath, has said that his statement has been quoted to hurt him politically.
FIR was filed following a complaint by the BJP leader Akash Kumar Saxena at the Civil Line Police Station in the Rampur District on Sunday.
In his complaint, Saxena has alleged that after visiting the home of the Samajwadi Azam Khan and meeting his wife Tazeen Fatma, Qureshi made a demeaning statement against the Yogi Aditentalath government and compare it with “demon sucking blood”.
“The statement can create tensions between two communities and create riots in the community,” Saxena said in his complaint.
Qureshi (81), is the leader of the senior Congress and has served as Governor of Mizoram from 2014 until 2015.
He also collected Uttar Pradesh for some time.
Speaking to Ani, the former governor said, “It is my right to oppose government policy and I will fight for it until my last breath in a democratic way.
My statement was truly distable to hurt me politically and misleading.” “I have said that there has been no cruelty in previous days like today.
I have not made a statement against anyone,” he said.
“I did not make a statement against the government.
I consider the government as my government.
I consider Prime Minister as Prime Minister across the country.
I consider the Minister of Home Affairs, Minister of Defense throughout the country.
I consider the minister’s chairman as the leader of the entire country.
I have never been Deficiency in respect or will do it.
We have democratic rights to oppose them, their policies and it is our democratic rights, “Qureshi said.
Clarifying the use of the word ‘STABA’ during his meeting with the leader of the Jamajwadi Party, Azam Khan’s wife, he said that this Word was also used for children who bully other children.
The former Governor increasingly demanded questions on the allegations of incitement towards him, “Show one word where I have talked about communalism or distributing communal hatred.
A man who needs a wheelchair for his support, will he spread hatred?” According to the copy of FIR, the former governor was ordered below section 124a (incitement), 153A (promoting hostility between groups with religious reasons, race), 153b (imputation, prejudice statement on national integration) and 505 (1) b) (intention to cause taste Fear or alarm between the public) from the Indian Criminal Code (IPC).
“The case has been submitted on the civil lines of PS, Rampi against the former Governor of Aziz Qureshi to make a calm comment on the CM Yogi government led by the government in Rampur.
