New Delhi: With the opposition slamming the BJP LED alliance in power because it gets a “non-discussion” bill in the Monsoon Parliament session, the government has said that the approval of the bill has not happened for the first time and the 18 bills were approved “in a hurry” between 2006 and 2014 during the UPA government government led by Congress.
The government said Lok Sabha passed the bill of Delhi’s special police establishment (amendment), in just three minutes in March 2006 and the house passed government securities in August 2006 in 14 minutes.
It was said in 2007, eleven bills were ratified in parliament during the UPA government in a “hasty way” with several bills passed in less than two minutes.
The government said that the National Education Pharmacy and Research Institute (Amendment) of National Education, 2007 was ratified in four minutes on March 16; Banking Regulation (Amendment) Bill, 2007 (in four minutes on March 16); Bill National Tax Bill (Amendment), 2007 (in five minutes on March 19); National rustic employment assurance (extension for Jammu and Kashmir), 2007 (in three minutes on March 19); Bill Taxation Law (Amendment), 2007 (in two minutes on March 19); Money (Amendment) of the Constitution (Amendment), 2006 (in four minutes on May 14) and the Bill’s securities contract, 2006 (in three minutes on May 14).
Other bills passed in 2007 in a “hasty way” including the National Bill Technology institution, 2007 (in two minutes on May 14), Bill Central Road Fund (Amandment), 2006 (in four minutes on May 16); Bill’s amendment, 2007 (four minutes on September 6); Internship (Amendment) Bill, 2007 (one minute on September 7).
In 2010, the Clinical Company (Registration and Regulation) Bill 2010 also passed “in a hurry”.
It was forwarded in one minute on May 3, 2010.
Other bills rushed to Bill Payment (Amandment), 2010 (in 3 minutes on May 3) and employees of the State Insurance (Amendment), 2010 (in 12 minutes May 3).
The National Capital Territory of Delhi (Special Provision) Bill, 2011 was ratified in two minutes on March 18, 2011.
Other bills were passed by the government upa “in the middle of DIN” including Bill 2014 (reorganization) (reorganization); Cigarettes and other tobacco products (ban and trade and trade and trade regulations, production, supply and distribution (amendments) of the 2007 bill; All India Institute of Medical Sciences and Institute of Medical Education and Research (Amandment) Bill, 2007; Schedule and tribal caste Scheduled (Reservations in Post and Services) Bill, 2008; Street Vendor (Livelihood Protection and Vending Street Regulation); Information Technology (Amendment) Bill, 2006; Former Law Minister of Capil Sibal has 2103 apologizing in Rajya Sabha to get the Constitution of the Bill The “hasty” amendment.
