The owner of the BMW demanded the company because he refused the claims of accidents

Bengaluru: A Bengalurean, who brought insurance companies to the Consumer Court therefore denied that vehicle accident insurance which stated the incident was staged, has won this case.

Kumar and his friend managed to get out of the vehicle on time before some sinking.
Employers warn local police and notify the insurance company about the accident.
While the police conducted an investigation, a surveyor on behalf of General Insurance Tata AIG visited the place and conducted an investigation.
Meanwhile, Kumar got a crane truck to transport a damaged car to the BMW dealer in Bengaluru, where it was estimated that the repair work would cost Rs 63 Lakh.
However, Kumar was waiting for his insurance claims.
But very surprising Kumar, insurance company rejected his claim, stating the accident was staged to make the wrong acquisition of insurance.
Kumar tried to reason with the company, said that what he wanted to do was save the dog and the accident was the result of it.
Finally, he approached Bangalore Consumer Consumer Consumer Additional Consumers in Shantinagar with complaints against Tata AIG Acurance Company Ltd.
on August 5, 2020.
Kumar complaints were accepted and litigate began.
