Jaipur: The pair was hacked to death, allegedly by their older son, in the Hanumangarh Rajasthan district, the police said on Thursday.
The 16-year-old accusation also attacked his sister, they said, added that the motives behind the murder and attack had not been established.
“Shivpal (45) and his wife Indra (42) slept in their house when the incident happened.
They died in a place while their younger sons were injured.
The main investigation showed that their elders attacked them with ax,” said a police officer.
He said teenagers had been detained and questioned.
