Pune: Pune Metropoolitan Region (PMR) recorded a recovery of 346 Covid as against 219 new cases on Tuesday, lowering the event that was active further to 3,228.
A report by Health Officers Bhagwan Bhagwan Pawar showed two deaths in the region because Covid-19 on Tuesday, with one death due to PMC and other limits from the rural part.
However, the PMC report did not show death within its boundaries on Tuesday.
Mayor Murlidhar Mohol said the decline in death and cases was the result of citizen collective efforts and medical brotherhood.
“This city has not reported Covid-19’s death on three days in the past week,” he said.
