Kolkata: The results of the 10th grade of West Bengal examination were declared on Tuesday with a record of a percentage of 100 percent and 90 percent of students secured more than 60 percent or more signs in the new evaluation method.
Madhyamic Pariksha (Class 10) examination cannot be held this year because the situation of the pandemic and evaluation is based on the performance of candidates in the 2019 class examination in grade 9 and internal assessments for each subject in 10th grade at 50:50 basis.
The West Bengal Board of Bengali President Kalyanmoy Ganguly ganguly told the press that this 100 percent candidate meeting was a record all-time.
The percentage pass last year was 86.34 percent.
Ganguly said if a candidate was not happy with the results, he would be able to take the test so the Covid-19 situation increased but in the situation this result would no longer be valid.

About 10 Lakh students secured 60 percent sign or more in the new evaluation method.
At least 79 candidates received 697 values from 700 in the Madhyamic Pariksha evaluation this year.
Asked whether 79 candidates will then be considered as ranking first, Ganguly said, “I can say this much so that these students have been awarded 697 values.
And there is no deserving list this year in the past.”
The number of girl students is higher than this year’s son.
While 6.13,849 women are scheduled to sit for paper, the number of men is 4.65,850.
As many as 10,79,749 candidates are scheduled to take the exam this year but because the Covid Board’s pandemic must cancel the examination as suggested by experts.
By typing the date of birth and their registration number, the candidates can access Scoresheet from www.wbbse.wb.gov.in, https://wbresults.nic.in, www.exametic.com and several other websites.
Schools can collect Marksheet from 49 council camps from Tuesday and from school only parents who will be given a sheet mark.
