The phone slips into a jug, a woman throws another woman’s throat

Bareilly: In a strange incident, a woman with a match led another woman’s throat and killed her after her cellphone accidentally fell by a 16-year-old daughter of the victim into a water jug.
The incident occurred in the village of Nai Basti Naankar under the boundaries of the Kotwali Ganj Police from Rampi District Uttar Pradesh on Saturday night.
The woman’s daughter said that the defendant began to fight with his mother, even as a convincing victim to repair the cellphone.
However, the defendant reached for his mother and slit his throat with the knife, the daughter accused.
The girl helped the defendant in the household tasks in the kitchen.
The woman’s body, 36, has been sent for postmortem.
The defendant was arrested.
“The family of the woman who was accused of living with us in a rented house.
We were in the kitchen preparing food.
He played a few songs on the cellphone.
The daughter asked the woman to play another song and the phone accidentally slipped and fell into a water jar,” Relatives from The deceased told the police.
The woman was taken to the district hospital where she died during treatment, said Rampur SP Shogun Gautam.
Ganj Kotwali Sho Kishan Pal Singh told TII, “A FIR has been registered against the defendant under the IPC part 302 (punishment for murder).” The woman who had died was working as a carpenter in Ahmedabad.
They have three children.
The woman accused of living with family together with her four-year-old son.
Her husband worked as a truck driver and was not present at the time of the incident, police said.
