The photographer was held to persecute a nine-year-old girl

Rajkot: A 54-year-old photographer who lives on the main road Krishnanagar in Rajkot was arrested on Monday night because he allegedly persecuted a nine-year-old girl who lived in the same environment.
According to the police, Ashok Poriya, who was accused of calling the girl when he played outside his home on October 30.
When the girl knew Poriya, she went with her inside her house and the defendant locked the door.
Poriya began to touch the girl inappropriately.
The little girl was surprised and began to cry.
The frightened poriya immediately let the girl return to her house.
Since the crime day, the girl remained silent because of trauma and would not get along or go outside to play.
On Monday, when his mother hesitated, he asked the girl whether something had happened or did anyone scold him.
The girl then told her mother about how Poriya took her to her house and touched it, which scared her.
The girl’s mother was also surprised to hear what had happened and approached the police.
Based on his complaint, violations of sexual violence and under the protection section of children from sexual violations (Pocso) have been registered at the Malaviyanagar police station.
Until late afternoon, Poriya was also arrested.
