New Delhi: The leader of the Senior Congress Sachin Pilot on Wednesday said he was detained along with Acharya Pramod Krishnnam on the police in Moradabad when they were on their way to meet Kin from four farmers who were killed in the hardness of the Lakhimpur Kheri.
Pilot said all through their road trips from Delhi they were stopped at several checkpoints, raised several questions by the police and were finally detained and taken to the guest house in Moradabad.
“We are not breaking the law, we will only meet the families of the victims of the farmers and their intentions are to bring peace and tranquility in the area.
The people mentioned in FIR are not asked or detained but the people who leave.
