Greater Noida: The Yamuna Expressway Association Entrepreneurs have tried the timeline for the physical ownership of the industrial plots of Yeida after the authority sending a letter seeking payment delayed amount.
“Most of the recipients of land have paid 60-70% of their contributions while some have paid the entire amount.
We were promised to send plots within three years, but more than six years have passed.
We are ready to pay the final amount but we have asked Yeida to give us ownership time.
Authority did not give us a time frame to give a forward plot, “said the Association President Tejveer Rana.
Yeida has launched an industrial groove scheme in 2013 and 2014, but the draw again was held for the next two years.
In August 2015, letters sent to around 800 recipients of industrial land were given a plot in sector 32 and 33.
The authority floated a one-time completion scheme on October 27 this year and the officials began to approach the recipient of the land to clean their last contributions.
The authority of Arun VIR Singh’s CEO said the ownership had been offered.

They will also be ready in a few months.
But the recipient of the land must make a payment on schedule, “he said.
Yeida must collect around RS 208 Crore from the recipient of land given a plot in two sectors.
