Greater Noida: Gnida has waved a new scheme to help people in a more economically weaker part to own a house in Delhi-NCR.
The authority has launched the Plot Builder scheme, where four plots will be allocated to builders for construction.
The plot is a total of 1.21 lakh sqm in size and will produce income value around Rs 400 Crore for Gnida.
To promote affordable housing in the city, all plots will also reserve flat for EWS (economically weaker parts) and LIG (low income group).
This scheme includes a plot of 23,500 square meters in the Zeta 1 sector, a plot of 28,265 square meters in the ETA sector 2 and two plots of 39,321 square meters and 30,000 square meters in the sigma sector 3.

The plot is only for Bonaafide builders who will provide a flat on time to buyers.
With increasing investment in Greater Noida in the past three-four years, the generation of employment also increases.
Along with this, there is an increase in people who are looking for flats and want to settle here.
