The plot was allocated 11 years ago but has not been sent, say buyers protested

Gurgaon: About 60 plot owners from Krrish World, housing real estate projects spread across the sector 60, 61, 62, 63 and 65, held protests in front of the office of the city department and planning state on developers on Friday.
The protesters accused the developers deny their plots even though they have paid more than 90% of the cost.
According to several members of the Krish Brahma buyer association, this project was launched in 2010 and consisted of around 466 plots, many of which were given to them in the same year.
This project has been jointly developed by Krish Realtech Pvt Ltd (KRPL) and Brahma City Pvt Ltd (BCPL), they said.
The association accused the developer had sold the same plot to several buyers and now sold land to other developers without their consent.
Members accused the developer asking them to receive a 150 square meter floor instead of their 400-500 square page plot.
Toi approached the director of Krl Amit Katyal for comments but did not receive a response.
Meanwhile, a BCPL spokesman said, “BCPL is a separate and different legal entity.
The complainant seems to be aLlastee from Krl and therefore, BCPL is not responsible for the actions or negligence made by Krl.” He further added, “BCPL Being developing integrated cities, Brahma City, in the sector 60 to 63 and 65.
Brahma City is divided into two parts – Brahma allocation is being developed as Brahma City by BCPL, and Krish allocation is being developed as Krish.
The world by Krl.
“Akshya Bhatia, a buyer, said they had made a different office round for the past few years unsuccessful.
“We invested all our savings and after 11 years, the developers denied our plots.
We have bought a plot of 400-500 square meters and now they offer us a 150 square meter builder floor,” Bhatia said.
The buyer accused the developers approaching the National Company Law Court and signed an agreement with another broker to submit all projects to develop the builder floor without the buyer’s consent.
“The developer has not taken our approval before entering the agreement with third parties.
We have bought a plot and the developer must send it,” D D Singla said, another buyer.
“We have approached all government authorities, but there are no actions taken.
They are helpless against builders or hand in hand with them,” Naresh Garg added, who also invested in this project.
