New Delhi: Specific Prevention of the Money Laundering Court (ACT) on Tuesday canceled all orders published against NIRAV Modi economics.
Gaith Mehta – British citizen – is the husband of Sister NIRAV Purvi Mehta.
Both of them have changed the agreement in this case and agreed to vulnerable as witnesses of prosecution.
Mehta appeared in front of the special PMLA field today about money laundering cases against NIRAV Modi and others.
The court directed it to provide RS 50,000 cash bonds as security and cancel all orders published against it.

In February, Mehtas had transferred a separate request for the cancellation of a warrant.

NIRAV Modi is the main accusation in the fraud of Punjab National Bank.
