Finished / Alvi Times News Network Kanpur: Special Judge Pocso Act Court Rajveer Singh On Wednesday refused the criminal defendant where he had challenged the command of the Adolescent Justice Council which was forwarded on September 17, 2021.
The court was observed in the order of the accused child / the applicant had been charged With the murder of the son of a complainant and because it destroys clear evidence shows that his mother has no control over it and he has a misguided mentality.

“If guarantees are given in several types of cases, it will give the wrong message to the public and defeat the purpose of justice”, said the court.
Citing a high court ruling, the court observed that the command that was passed by the Youth Justice Council had no illegality or irregularities.
According to Sushil Kumar Verma, additional district, government adviser, complainant, in this case, which is the mother of akash friend who died, stated in his complaint that his 19-year-old son was a class XII student.
He studied with Mrigendra Mishra aka Rachit, a resident of Watching Vikas Colony Naubasta.
He was with his tenant, Luvkush aka Chhottu used to visit his house.
Mrigendra and Chhotu came to his house on April 28, 2021 and took his son Akash on a motorcycle.
When his son did not return, he filed a complaint at the Naubasta police station and asked Mriggendra’s father about his son.
CCTV recording then shows that Mrigendra and Chhotu have taken akash to the place on their motorbike.
Safe, friend, his younger son also told his mother that he had seen Mrigendra, Chhotu and Akash Pal on a motorcycle.
On April 29, the police told him that the corpse was found under the Chakri police circle he identified as akash friend.
The Babupurwa police have registered the kidnapping, murder, and destroying evidence and capturing Mrigendra Mishra which was later declared a teenager.
The juvenile justice council has rejected its guarantee application to report officers.
The experimental officer in his report stated that there were all possibilities that the defendant could join the company of lewd people after which the Juvenile Justice Board rejected the guarantee application on September 17, 2021.
