Vadodara: The bones found from the house left in the village atali in Dahej turned out to be human.
The district police have found bones from the house four days ago when they were looking for sweety desai, the wife of Police Inspector Ajay Desai, who had been lost for more than 40 days.
The bones in a slightly burning condition are sent to the FORENSIC SCIENCE LABORATORY (FSL) for testing.
“We have been told that the bones seem to be human.
In fact, gender people have not been ascertained.
We will now send them to further tests to Gandhinagar FSL.
Also, we will try to extract DNA from bones,” said a police officer.
The thirty-seven-year-old Sweety has been lost from his house in Karjan on June 5, her husband, Ajay Desai, who is a special operating group (SOG) inspector before being put in the backup leave, has told the police that Sweety left his own home.
Sweety’s brother then filed a complaint of missing people with Karjan police but they did not investigate the case correctly for almost a month.
The police said that it was camping in Dahej for almost six days when Ajay said that Sweety often visited Dahej often.
Ajay also underwent a polygraph test on Tuesday.
The police have approached the court and asked permission to do a Ajay polygraph test.
They got permission on Monday.
The police hoped to get some instructions on the existence of a sweet thug wife from the polygraph test.
