Ghaziabad: Ghaziabad police investigated the incident involving the death of twins after falling from their flat balcony on the 25th floor in the tall building in Siddharth Vihar Locality of the City to make sure if it was accidental or suicide.
Twins, 13, ‘tried to see the moon’, fell into the death of the 25th floor of Ghaziabad Flatatea Circle Officer Mahipal Singh on Monday said the police investigated the incident from all the angles of possibilities even though the victim’s parents said that falling was accidental and refused to file any complaints which suspects every disappointment in this matter.
But the police investigated the incident also wondered whether it was suicide associated with some challenges from several mobile games that children liked, he said.
Twin brothers Satya Narayan and Surya have fallen, 14 years old, have fallen from the high-rise apartment balcony at the end of Saturday night.
The fall was cared for by the building guard, who heard a big sound and found the two brothers lying in a pool of blood near the running track in the community.
At noting the flat balcony lights on the 25th floor above the fall, the guards climbed up and asked the landlady about his children after that he knew the death of his sons, the circle officer said.
Father of children, Puni, who came from Madurai in Tamil Nadu, had bought a flat only six months ago and had lived in it along with his wife and three children, including a princess, had gone to Mumbai on the day of the incident.
After returning from Mumbai, he and his wife refused to file a complaint to the police said that the fall of their sons was unintentional, said CO Singh.
They told the police that their sons like watch the moon, liked playing games on cellphones and hate lizards and always tried to scare them from flat seeing them.
Suspecting no rotten game, they told the police that they might have fallen accidentally while looking at the moon or scared some lizards from the balcony after keeping a plastic bench on the chair and stood on it near the balcony fence when it fell.
They told the police that one of their sons might have fallen first and in an effort to save him, the second might also have fallen with his brother.
The police, however, were skeptical that it was an unintentional incident was not the chairman and the bench had lost its balance and had fallen on the floor of the balcony during the fall of unintentional children.
