Kanpur: May be first of all of its kind, two policemen has been awarded physical punishment to bend official regulations for retired police inspectors, Dinesh Chandra Tripathi, who were accused of raping a small daughter of tenants recently.
Instead of using an official vehicle, the police have allowed Tripathi to use a private car to reach the dead court in Kanpur Delat Dehat regarding the hearing a few days ago.

Tripathi, a resident of Prayagraj, has a house in a colony in Choker.
He has rented it to a partner from the Maharajpur area in the district.
