The police secured extradition con pair from England

Lucknow: Wing Wing Wing (EOW) from the Uttar Pradesh Police has managed to secure the extradition of the Delhi Fugitive pair – booked for Dupming Bank, Farmers, and RS 1,000 Crore companies – from London – from London.

SP, EOW, Swapnil Mamgain said Lokendra Singh, owner of Saurabh & Co., a company in Bulandshahr, has submitted a case against VIR Karan and Rehika, bush food owners abroad Pvt.

Singh complained that Awasthis bought rice worth Rs 1.76 Crore for exports from his company but did not pay dime.
Awasthis was ordered for cheating, criminal violations of trust, valuable security forgery, using original documents as false and criminal intimidation.
“During the investigation, we found that export fraud was only the tip of the iceberg.
Total fraud is worth more than Rs 1,000 Crore.
VIr Karan escaped to London as soon as he was named in FIR, while relessness lived in his arrest, but the High Court of Allahabad on October 20, 2015 , told him not to leave the country, “said Mamgain.
On December 11, 2015, he challenged orders at the Supreme Court.
“He received help from SC for a three-month trip to London for medical care for Rs 86 Lakh bonds and had to return on March 31, 2016,” said Mamgain.
The APEX court then gave him a two-month stay.
When he did not return on May 31, 2016, the Supreme Court ordered the cancellation of his passport.
On December 16, he ordered the seizure of the 86 lakh RS deposit and an extradition process initiation.
Meanwhile, in October 2017, Eow finished the question and submitted a chargesheet against the couple.
Then, he pursued a case with the CBI and Interpol and received a red angle notice issued.
“Some cases have been submitted against Bush food in various countries.

Then, EOW moved the Westminster court through the UNI Ministry for Deportation of VIR Karan and Reetics.
Orders for extradition from England have been accepted, said Mamgain.
