Jodhpur: One person was killed and the other two were injured when the speeding car was allegedly about several vehicles here, the police said Friday.
The incident took place late Thursday at Chopasni Road.
The deceased was identified as Sadakat Ali, who sat on a scooter parked on the road, police said.
The car was allegedly driven by the son of a police inspector at a very high speed, they said.
Zaid Ali (18) has borrowed a car from his neighbor and has made a “long journey” with two of his friends, according to the police.
On the way back home, he lost the balance of speed breakers jumping near private hospitals, they said.
