While private vehicles employed by the state government and the center cannot place ‘g’ at the plate amount, Instead they can install a printed sheet that states ‘vehicle on the government’s duty’ in the windshield of the vehicle, he said.
According to the rules, government officials cannot place ‘g’ on their own vehicle number plate even if they use it for official purposes.
