The case listed against the actor Gehana Vasisth and three manufacturers of her husband’s businessman and actor Shilpa Shetty Raj Kundra had been submitted to the cell property of the Crime Police Crime Mumbai, informing the police on Thursday.

Officials also mentioned that the actor Sherlyn Chopra had been called to give a statement as a witness in this case.
According to the source, Raj Kundrra will immediately face money laundering cases and the case of foreign exchange management (FEMA) against him as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is likely to register cases under these actions against him.

Kundra, 45, was arrested by Mumbai police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films and placed in police custody until July 23.
At present, this case involves alleged creation of pornographic films and publishes them through several applications.
Kundra has been named as the main conspirator by Mumbai police who have slapped the allegations of it below 420 (cheating), 34 (general intentions), 292 and 293 (related to ads and indecent and indecent displays) from the Indian criminal code (IPC) In addition to the relevant part of IT laws and indecent representations of the Women’s Act (Prohibition).
