The case listed against the actor Gehana Vasisth and three manufacturers of her husband’s businessman and actor Shilpa Shetty Raj Kundra had been submitted to the cell property of the Crime Police Crime Mumbai, informing the police on Thursday.
This case is registered at Malvpolice Station.
Gehana Vachisht aka Vandana Tiwari, who is currently released in a bail, previously arrested in February 2021 in the case of pornography.
He got a guarantee after four months.
Meanwhile, investigating the case of pornographic films, the crime branch of Mumbai police has found a hidden wardrobe in the husband of actor Shilpa Shetty and businessman Raj Kundra’s Vian and Jl Streaming Office in Mumbai’s Andheri during the search.

On Tuesday, the crime of Mumbai said that the Shilpa Shetty actor had not been given clean chit in the case of pornographic racquets where her husband and Kundra’s businessman were the main accusations.
According to officials, forensic auditors have been appointed to investigate transactions in all accounts of people involved in this case.
Officials also mentioned that the actor Sherlyn Chopra had been called to give a statement as a witness in this case.
According to the source, Raj Kundrra will immediately face money laundering cases and the case of foreign exchange management (FEMA) against him as the Enforcement Directorate (ED) is likely to register cases under these actions against him.

Kundra, 45, was arrested by Mumbai police on July 19 along with 11 other people on charges related to the alleged creation of pornographic films and placed in police custody until July 23.
At present, this case involves alleged creation of pornographic films and publishes them through several applications.
Kundra has been named as the main conspirator by Mumbai police who have slapped the allegations of it below 420 (cheating), 34 (general intentions), 292 and 293 (related to ads and indecent and indecent displays) from the Indian criminal code (IPC) In addition to the relevant part of IT laws and indecent representations of the Women’s Act (Prohibition).
