VARANATION: Police Supervisor (SP) Chandauli on Monday ordered a probe into the video that was said to show police inspector who advised a woman to change his route and avoid criminals who harassed the defendant.
The probe will be carried out by the Circle Officer (CO) Sakaldiha.
Additional SP Chandauli Saroj said, “Videos made by viral on social media containing conversations between Vikas’s complainants aka Ravi Upadhyaya from Dhina and Inspector of Dhanapur.
Women Poonam Dubey, who can be seen in the video, accompany Vikas.” Despite the alleged conversation seems to be on Outside of context, CO Sakaldiha has been asked to investigate this problem and submit the report at the beginning.
Whatever action will be taken in this episode according to the results of the investigation co, “he added.
According to the police, Vikas married one Pandey Khushi from a village in Dhanapur in 2020.
After a few days of marriage, disputes occur between couples and their families about the problem of jewelry.
Then, the Khushi family began to accuse Vikas and his family members tortured him.
On Sunday, Vikas reached the Dhanapur police station and alleged that his in-laws with five-six other people had struggled on Saturday, even though he could not show a sign of an injury.
The police said, “Inspector Dhanapur asked Vikas and the woman accompanying him to take precautions because of the inquiry in their ongoing disputes and the two groups must show patience until the problem was resolved.” When a woman who accompanied Vikas constantly called her in-laws as a “snake”, the inspector had asked them to avoid confrontation and try not to face face.
However, some of the conversations made viral on social media to give a false impression that the inspector advised the woman to change the route to remember the threat, added the police.
