The population of the city of Vatika is looking for elections, say AOA delayed it

Gurgaon: Some Sector 49 residents of Vatika City have sought elections for the Association of Apartment Owners (AOA) from the community and alleged that AOA currently dragged the problem.
They claim that the mastery of existing AOA will expire on September 30 and the selection process should begin 90 days before the end of office.
AOA postponed polls and tried to manipulate their profitable selection, they accused.
District applicants have appointed Mahadev Sharma as a Return Officer (RO) on August 25 for a fair election in the community.
Residents accused the AOA did not have relevant documents, including a list of membership, with officers to date.
“Aoa did not submit a newspaper.
As a result, the date of the poll has not been announced,” Satyawan Dagar said, residents, said.
Nitin Mehta, another resident, accused that despite paying a large fee, there was a “serious deviation” in the maintenance of the community.
Meanwhile, Aoa claimed that they began the election process in July this year.
“In a meeting conducted on August 2, Col Santpal Raghav was appointed as RO, and VCAOA wrote to the District Registrar for the approval of his appointment.
Until a decision was taken in this matter, the election process had been detained.
The appointment of Mahadev Sharma as RO was handled by VCAOA because of him was an investigation officer on charges related to the painting façade in the community and his controversial report, “said a member.
Ro Mahadev Sharma said, “I have not received a list of members to start the process.
I have notified the district clerk to take appropriate action.” District registrants cannot be contacted even though they repeatedly.
