The position of the border is not ambiguous: India to Nepal at Lipulekh Row

New Delhi: India’s position on the border of India-Nepal is famous, consistent and not ambiguous and has been communicated to Nepal, the government said on Saturday.
This is a government reaction to a series of statements made by political parties in Kathmandu, slams India for allegedly damaging the sovereignty and integrity of Nepal’s territorial.
The response by the Indian Embassy in Nepal followed the statement by the Main Command Party, Nepal Congress, called the widening of the road to Lipulekh Pass, near Tri-Junction with China, which was unpleasant and demanded his troops from the area.
It also said Lipulekh, Limpiyadhura and the Planning – regions that remain under the control of Indian administration in Uttarakhand – is the Nepal region.
Embassies also remind Nepalese authorities about the view of India that the mechanisms and channels between government are well-established “most appropriate” for communication and dialogue.
“The problem of agreed upon a tremendous boundary can always be overcome in our close and friendly bilateral relationship spirit,” said the Embassy.
The latest flare-up on the limit problem is said to have been caused by comments PM Narendra Modi in Haldwani last month that India worked to further expand the road to Lipulech Pass.
Indian authorities said New Delhi had repeatedly conveyed to Nepal, because the latter issued a new political map to justify the “enlargement of artificial” his claim, that he had to refrain from making cartographic statements that could not be justified and respect India’s sovereignty.
