Mumbai: The presence of mere condoms does not mean sex is consensual, the court session has been observed during hearing guarantees of the Navy staff who were arrested on charges of raping his partner’s wife in April.

The woman was suspected of trying to attack the defendant with a knife, but was blocked.
He then cut his wrist.
The next day, the woman told her husband who had been transposed.
He returned to town and went to the police.
The defendant was looking for guarantees on the grounds that he was involved wrong.
He claimed someone else at home, and it was impossible to commit a violation.
He handed over the condoms found in a place that indicated consensual sex.
