On the 1st day, around 4,000 students from 40,000 have attended school directly.

At present, the city has 53 government high schools (up to class X) and 43 high school models (up to class XII).

Now, with the number of active cases, school authorities feel that parents will sign the approval form to send their children.
According to administrative orders, the school will remain open from 8.30am to 13:00 for students and 8:00 to 14:00 for the staff.
Students need to bring an approval letter signed by their parents.
For them, who don’t want to be physically present, online class will continue.
All principals have been asked to ensure compliance with the Covid protocol and vaccination of all teaching and non-teaching staff.
