Shimla: President of RAM Nath Kovind will discuss the Special Session of the Himachal Pradesh legislative Assembly on September 17, which was held to mark 50 years of state.
The previous president was scheduled to live in his summer residence, retreat, but when some employees there tested positive Covid-19, he would stay in a private hotel here.
His visit has also been cut a day, he will now stay here for four days.
The Himachal Pradesh Vipin Parmar speaker told media people on Tuesday that the President would arrive at Shimla on September 16 and will discuss a special session at 11am on September 17.
He said 93 former MLA would also attend a special assembly session along with sitting Mlaas.
In addition, around a dozen sitting and former parliamentarians will also attend sessions.
Parmar said the assembly spot and home would be truly dissedient and pedal machines equipped with automatic sanitis will be placed at each main gate.
He said all thermal scans would be done before entering the campus.
Only those who have been invited will be allowed to enter the place.
He said that the RT-PCR test that came to the presidential contact would be carried out including politicians, public representatives, government officials and employees related to tourism development companies.
