New Delhi: The price of gasoline on Wednesday crossed the 100-a-liter Rs sign after the price of fuel increased in line with international oil stands that tightened.
Gasoline prices increased by 35 Paise per liter and diesel by 23 Paise per liter, in accordance with the notification of the price of state-owned fuel retailers.
In Delhi, gasoline now costs Rs 100.21 per liter and diesel at a price of Rs 89.53 per liter.
Delhi is the last of the city of Metro to see gasoline up above the rs of 100-a-liter rs.
Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad and Pune already have prices above the sign.
Kolkata also saw the price of gasoline climbing more than Rs 100 per liter on Wednesday.
