Vadodara: Court session on Tuesday rejected the request of a police inspector who was suspended by Ajay Desai and his accomplice of Kiritsinh Jadeja’s to move them back to sub-prison in Karjan from the vadodara center prison.
Desai and Jadjeja at this time in Judicial custody for the alleged murder of a sweet COP and threw away his body.
Duo appealed the lower court order to shift them to a central prison in the city of Vadodara which stated the wrong court order and on legal principles.
In their application, Desai and Jadeja stated that executive and prison judges have stated that because the social distance of Covid-19 cannot be maintained, but the reason is not valid because both are vaccinated.
It was also said that there was a possibility of a threat to desai life in a central prison when the hardened criminals were captured by him in the past will also be there.
“We send a copy of the application provided by the complainant, the executive magistrate and investigation officers to transfer them to the central prison.
We also argue that they have to shift because they have an influential position in Karjan and also for administrative reasons they should not object,” said the government Anil Desai District Government, who opposed the Duo appeal with the assistant leader of the leader of Ramesh Gianchandani.
The additional court session assessed that a Nanavati upholds the argument and recorded an investigative officer and concerns of executive judges from Karjan Sub-prison not suitable for desai and jadyar.
