Patna: The state police violation (Eou) unit has started a preliminary investigation to gather details of disproportional assets allegedly collected by 42 officers, including two IPS officers, with the relationship between illegal sand mine mafia in six districts in the state.
The government recently moved the IPS officers Sudheer Kumar Porika and Rakesh Kumar Dubey each as SPS from Aurangabad and Bhojpur and several Shos, SDS and Circle officers among 42 officers after a detailed administration investigation of their sand mining mafia.
“Only after this investigation that the Investigation Agency came to a conclusion if employees have disproportional or not assets.
Once they have strong evidence of an employee, a FIR will be submitted to the officer,” a senior IPS officer who benefited in the investigation of such cases that.
However, he understood that some of them could dispose of such traits as the officers knew about the preliminary investigation of them.

Now all 42 officers know that the investigation has begun against them because it collects disproportional assets.
