Bhubaneswar: The Ministry of Higher Education on Thursday issued guidelines and Dateline for Phase-II revenues at the college level (plus III of the first year) for sessions 2021-22.
The online application form will be available on the Sams website from November 23 (11:00).
Applicants, previously selected and not accepted, can apply for receiving phase-II.
The students, who are not selected at all in receipt of phase I, can apply for the second phase.
Applicants who have not registered during the first phase can take part in this acceptance process.
Even the students who previously chosen and received can also apply for acceptance of the second phase, the department’s instructions for receiving phase-II.

The first achievement list will be published on December 3 (2PM).
Selected students can receive entrance tickets between December 4 and December 7, the second merit list will be published on December 10 (2PM).
The second round receipt will begin on December 11 and continue until December 14 (17:00).
After finishing the first and second round, the department will publish the number of empty seats on December 17 (2PM).
The waiting application name will be published in the e-space of certain higher education institutions for selection and entry into various streams of plus III first year.
Higher Education will verify the document and recognize the selected applicants between December 21 and December 23.
The students who have attended the Offline Plus II council examination will take part in the receipt process.
About 13,000 students plus II, who did not receive a sign given to them through an alternative assessment system, has emerged for offline checks between October 1 and October 11.
After the publication of results, students can take part in the reception of the second phase.
“There are enough seats for students who pass at the college level in the entire state.
More than 80,000 seats have been empty after completing the receipt of the UG phase on October 30,” said an official from the department.
The state has 2,49,539 seats in college 1,022 degrees.
This year, 2,44,252 students have submitted UG’s request against 2,13,959 students last year.
After the first, second and spot election round, more than 1,70,000 seats have been filled.
