The producer shows dissatisfaction with re-certification

All body film producers have made a shared representation of the Cinematograph Act clearly expressed their dissatisfaction with a film re-certification by the Chairperson of the Central Certification Council.
Read Alimiora’s protest after CBFC denied the new title to be nicknamed the South Film
The association was not happy with the fact that the amendment in the Cinematographic Law placed the veto power in the hands of the CBFC head directly under the influence of the central government and minister and or bureaucracy.
This, the association accused, contrasted with Shankarappa’s assessment by SC, where the highest judicial organization in the country states that no executive or government must have direct power on film certification and review.
But this amendment allows the center to review the film that has been certified and thus continuing the Constitution and Assessment of SC.
The association has appealed to the government and CBFC that they consider previous committees recommendations such as the Mudgal Report and Benegal Reports and restore the FCAT and dissolve new amendments to Cinematograph Law because these changes will affect the function of all parties involved, namely the central government, CBFC and filmmakers too.
The manufacturer’s association and cine artistes are full of hope and happy about the inclusion of anti-piracy steps.
They are also generally content about the new division of certification classification such as U / A 7+, 13+, 16+ but they express displeasure about the certification process and request clearer guidance that will be adopted when certifying the film under this category and also asks if there is a possibility Conflict, which will solve it because of their only way, FCAT, has been dissolved in April 2021.
, The association has highlighted the fact that filmmaking is a challenging business where market dynamics and fortunately large weaving and slight delays or protests from even the smallest parts of the community have adverse monetary effects on producers, film crews, and industries in general.
The association submits an example of a British certification and said that they had clear written guidelines on the process and certification rules that did not occur with the recommendations of new cinematographic actors.
