Mumbai: 28-year-old people were injured after the public toilet collapsed in the Poacha area in Mumbai on Wednesday morning, a civilian official said.
Three other people were stuck in the facility saved safely, he said.
The toilet wall and roof, located in a Chawl in Kamlesh’s compound on Jalan Bihari Tekdi on the western outskirts of Poach, crashed around 8 in the morning, the official said.
Four people were trapped in the facility, but they were all saved by the locals before the fire brigade and other institutions reached the place, he said.
One of them was injured and rushed to Shatabdi Hospital based in Kandivali where his condition was reported stable, the official said.
