Jaipur: Finally some relief to private schools as Minister of Chief Ashok Gehlot on Thursday was approved to release 25 percent of the costs used for free recognition of children from weaker parts in private schools under the Education Act (RTE).
During locking on 2020-21 and 2021-22, the school remained closed for a long time.
The government said it would verify whether the school had done an online class.
But verification of the distribution of teaching and online textbooks is a process that takes time that will be carried out randomly by the administrative department in private schools.
The order said for verification, the process of formation, training and verification team at the district level would likely take time.
In such cases, there will be a delay to make a payment.
Therefore, for the 2020-21 session, the Ministry of Finance has sent a proposal to pay 25 percent of the number for online teaching carried out under the RTE to the institution as a down payment.
The amount of this down payment will be adjusted to the last amount of debt and in the event that the amount of down payment exceeds the last amount of debt, this excess amount will be adjusted to the amount paid in the next financial year, the government said.
