The Rajasthan government to bring regulations to strengthen the law against the recruitment exam malpractice: Gehlot

Jaipur: The Rajasthan Government will immediately bring regulations to further strengthen the law to prevent malpractice in the recruitment examination, the Chairman of the Minister of Ashok Gehlot said the week after the country witnessed protests and arrests and for alleged irregularities in REET-2021.
He said the regulation would have provisions for strict actions – including the term seven-year prison and dismissal of government services – against those involved in fraud, paper leaks, and other deviations in competitive exams, said an official statement.

He said that under the procedure, the use of unfair facilities in the recruitment exam will be included in the violation category that can be returned and cannot be defiled and the provisions will be made to increase the prison period of three to seven years.
Gehlot was handling a high-level meeting from the House Department held at the residence of the ministerial head.

According to the statement, the minister’s chairman said strict action must be taken against those found involved in irregularities in all recruitment exams in the future.
If each government officer is found involved in cases such as paper leaks, sitting candidates and copying dummy, the state government will fire him from service, he said.
Also, if someone who is related to any private educational institution is found involved in any deviation, the recognition of related institutions will be permanently stopped.
As many as 10 people, including several police officers, have been arrested in Rajasthan in connection with deviations in the Rajasthan feasibility exam for Teacher-2021 (REET-2021).
Examination was carried out on September 26 for more than 30,000 posts of teachers in the state.
About 16 Lakh candidates have registered to sit in examination in the state.
Meanwhile, Gehlot also said that such as in REET-2021, free travel facilities will be provided to all the proposed recruitment test candidates in October and the initial examination of the race was held afterwards.
He said that regardless of the Roadways bus, the number of personal buses that was adequate would be set to provide free travel facilities to the second candidates.
The minister’s chairman gave the instructions needed to the Head of Secretary of Niranjan Arya and Director General of Police ML foam concerning the law and order and prevented the problem in the coming recruitment examination.
