The request in SC accused malpractice by Odisha school in assessing Mark to 10th grade students

New Delhi: The petition has been submitted at the Supreme Court by several grade 10 students who have accused that a school based in Odisha has denied they gave them a detailed score and answer sheet to “hide the malpract” in the award sign.
The request came to hear before the justice bench Am Khanwilkar and CT Ravikumar, who asked the advisor to represent the applicant to serve a copy of the petition to the advisory to the relevant respondents, including the Central Secondary Education Council (CBSE).
The bench said this problem would be registered to hear on January 17.
Request, submitted by 24 students who have fainted in grade 10 from school in Odisha, have been looking for directions to CBSE to review and declare their results again on the basis of the board evaluation policy after collecting the correct record of the school.
Safe! You have managed to throw your voteogin to see the results that the CBSE 10th grade council exam was canceled in April last year in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic and on May 2021, the assessment policy was notified by the council.
The petition, submitted through Advocate Ravi Prakash, has urged the upper court to direct investigations to schools “because it demands money illegally and puts undue pressure to be accepted in class 11 in the same school to get the same score in grade 11 to get a score the same in class 10 to get a good score in grade 11 to get a good score in class 10 to get a good score in class 10 to get the same score in class 10 to get a good score in grade 10 to get the same score in grade 11 “.
It also looks for direction to schools and other respondents to provide documents of thought, the attendance sheet of each examination and each subject is carried out by the school and also a detailed score card for 10th grade students to be prepared in terms of evaluation policy.
The request has been looking for directions to school to provide the Applicant’s answer sheet.
It is said that exemplary fees can be worn at school because it causes mental trauma and abuse to the applicant’s students.
The request said the Petitioner, with RTI, had sought whether the answer sheet and value provided by the school in unit tests, medium-term exams and pre-board exams could be given to students.
The CBSE regional office has sent a letter to the school which directs it to provide relevant data as requested by the applicant.
The request said that after receiving a copy of the letter 29 October 2021 from the CBSE Regional Office, one of the applicants had visited school on November 2 years but regardless of the request and presentation of the copy of the letter, the school refused to provide answers.
Allegedly signs of students, who were rejected to receive entrance tickets in class 11 in the same school, reduced illegally.
“Arbitrary action from the school of respondents is violating Article 14 (equality before the law) reading with Article 21 (protection of life and personal freedom) of the Indian Constitution,” he said.
The application also accused this case “a striking example that shows how corrupt educational institutions played with the education system and use a pandemic as an opportunity for unfair enrichment”.
