The research team in Ooty received Hospital 14L grant

Udhagamandalam: A research team from JSS College of Pharmacy in Ooty, (Constituent College of JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, Mysuru) which is one of the seven national level winners of the Phase-I Drug Discovery Hackathon (DDH) 2020, has Awarded Rs 14.35Lakh to continue phase-II from the research discovery of drugs against Covid -19, press releases from the lecture.
DDH is a joint initiative of all Indian Councils for the Technical Education and Scientific Research Council under the Ministry of Education’s Innovation Cells and supported by the Scientific Observer Office of the Principal.DH-2020 Vision and Mission is to build an open innovation model for the Silico discovery of drugs against Covid-19.
Targets, tools and lead molecules identified through the process will be more advanced for synthesis, followed by steps in routine drug discovery programs, releases added.
